After setting up your profile, you can explore our product selection spanning three categories: All-Purpose Clean, Body+Hair and Kitchen+Laundry. Within these categories, you’ll find both traditional and eco-tier options, allowing you the freedom to mix and match according to your preferences!

Step 3 | Choose Containers
Now is the time to say goodbye to single-use plastic! For each product, you will choose a customizable glass Forever-Use Container for your counter, sink or shelf. Rid yourself of plastic while adding a touch of personalization to your home.

Step 4 | Schedule Exchange
Next, plan your perfect pick-up! Arrange a time and location that suits your busy schedule. Why not sync it with your existing errands? It’s the ultimate convenience tailored just for you.

Step 5 | Exchange
At the Exchange Hotspot, you’ll step into a world of convenience! At your selected time, we’ll be there to welcome you with a complete startup kit. Inside, you’ll find a reusable tote bag, your customized Forever-Use Containers and tops, and your refill containers filled with your favorite products.

Step 6 | Repeat
Once you’re a valued regular customer, simply tap the NFC tag on your refillable container to reorder your products, and then easily schedule and exchange your empty containers for freshly refilled ones. It’s a seamless experience designed with you (and the Earth!) in mind.

Forever concerned about our Earth, we are just trying to do what we can to extend her life, as well as all creatures, large and small that call her home. Plastic pollution statistics are gravely staggering. We couldn’t ignore it anymore. We had to do something. Our mission is to get people to start thinking about the unnecessary plastic waste they are tossing daily and to join us in doing what we can to change our ways. Together we can make a difference.

Why bountifill?

Our Earth is bountiful. She provides for all of us. But now she’s in crisis and it’s just getting worse. It’s our turn to step up, we need to do what we can to help. We came up with this refill idea for commonly used household products…. so, it’s bountifill.

FAQ

Why don’t you deliver to my house?

For now, our goal is to avoid additional environmental pollution. We have our exchange system so you can come to us at a convenient location when you’re already out and about. We want to reduce cars on the road, not add to them.

What if I don’t see a product I like?

We are always taking suggestions on new products (and even categories) to carry. Please let us know if there is a product you’d like to see on our list and we will do our best.

Why is there an exchange fee?

In our model, we fill your refills for you, in addition to storing your empty containers. This exchange fee covers the labor to refill your containers, store them and get your new refill containers to the exchange hotspot each time you order. The more products you use through bountifill, the lower your exchange fee. We highly recommend using 6 or more of our products!

Which payment options do I have?

We use Stripe to safely collect payments from our customers. Pay easily through our mobile app with a variety of options – credit card, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link.
